Oh boy! I am SO excited for this! For those of you who don’t know, Canva is an insanely easy-to-use design platform that comes with thousands of templates, elements, photos, and even videos that you can use for your business. I use Canva for literally everything. I designed my Etsy shop banner with Canva, all of my social media graphics are made using Canva, and I’ve even created catalog templates and business card templates for everyone to use.
Canva has over 30 million users and 420,000 templates, which helps us smaller businesses look way more professional without any graphic design skills needed. And now, they’ve added a social media scheduler. So basically, you get to create your graphics and schedule them to post all in one place. Up until now, I’ve been paying to use later.com for my scheduling, so switching over to Canva means that I’ll save money. The only problem that I have is that you can’t connect to more than one Instagram account. Since I have 4 accounts (I know… I’m crazy!) I need to be able to schedule posts for all of them.

Some of the main features of this new content planner include:
- The Content Planner calendar view shows where and when content will be shared, even months in advance.
- Content Planner supports Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tumblr, Weibo, and Pinterest.
- The Instagram API allows each Canva Pro account to pair to one Instagram Business account, and publish up to 25 single images per day.
- Customers gain unlimited access to thousands of still and animated story templates plus over 100+ million free images, video, audio, and graphics.
