“Over the years, the demand for our products and the growth of the business continues to blow my mind in the best way possible! Every single product is still crafted by hand, with love, because that’s what makes our products and company stand out above the crowd.
How do we manage to continue to handmake all our products with that kind of growth? Well, I couldn’t have done it without the team of talented and dedicated individuals I’ve brought into my world. As a full-fledged introvert who would rather be in my studio playing with my skincare potions, I’ll be the first to admit that the thought of bringing people into my world was intimidating. Throughout the years though, I’ve learned to value opening myself (and my business) up to “outside” support. I’ve also learned how to approach the process of hiring in a way that is tailored to my needs and the needs of my business. My hope is that some of these lessons and tips can help you reach your next big goal because there’s nothing more than seeing my fellow makers bringing their dreams to fruition.”
